1. Changes or Assistance

2. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Available with a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur charges.
3. Waiting Time
Included: One hour of free waiting time after your flight lands.
Start: Waiting time begins only after landing.
Extra Waiting Fees: Additional time may incur charges of 5 EUR per 30 minutes beyond the free period.
4. Flight Tracking
Our drivers will track your flight using the flight number provided to ensure on-time pickup, even in case of delays.
5. Pickup Instructions
Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name.
6. General Terms
Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure that all booking details (flight number, contact information, pickup time) are accurate.
